Rafael Nadal says it’ll be a tough match against Tiafoe in Madrid Open
The Spaniard defeated Felix Auger-Aliassime in straigh sets with 6-2 / 6-3, to face Tiafoe
they last met in Australian Open where Rafa just destroyed The American, but this time
a different surface diferent place.
Rafa had been asked after his match about how He’s looking for the match as He admitted
it’ll be a tough battle especially after his last match where He defeated Kohlschreiber in 3 sets,
“It’s a tough one. He’s the kind of player that’s electric, he’s fast and he can play very aggressive so
I need to play my best. I think today’s match can help me tomorrow so I hope to be ready for it.”
Nadal was suffering a pain in his stomach before his match with Aliassime but He felt better during his match
It has been a tough few days with a virus in the stomach. So for me, the main thing was the victory
and it happened in straight sets. Felix is a great opponent, a great player and he’ll be a great champion.
