The Web-site of Swissmint was taken down by Roger Federer fans to order the RF coin

Swissment chief announced that their Web-site was down for long time due to the number

of visitors to their store to order the coin of Roger Federer online.

The Chief mentioned that the web-site faced 2.5 Million clicks which were harder

for the hosting to handle and that caused the web-site to be down and not to make orders.

The number of coins is only 55,000 coin and there was 2.5 Million people want to purchase it as a pre-order.

The Swissmint chief mentioned that because of the huge traffic they face this problem.

“When Roger Federer posted a link on his social media channels the website immediately had problems due to all the traffic.“

“Some of the fans could access the shop but could not finish the order. Others could not get onto the website.“

Moreover, The Swissmint chief assured that they will solve the problem and ask the fans to be patient.

“We have had a lot of fans emailing us asking if they can buy the coin, but we can’t take credit card details via email.“
