After losing his matches against Tiafoe, Rafael Nadal expressed Why He lost to the American and what could happen if He was not injured in Wimbledon and the US Open as well.

“If I was not injured maybe I would win Wimbledon, and maybe I could lose, it’s just a circus of my career and I have to be honest with myself on this side.”
” I have played a bad match, but Tiafoe played a better match, I was slow and He was able to take my balls earlier and I could not push him away, and my balls were not with the quality it has to be.”
“Honestly, My preparation was not perfect, but I had trained very well last week but when the tournament started I lost my level”

We need to be enough [of a] critic with myself. That’s the only way to improve or that’s the only way that I understand you are able to find solutions.”
