After The Final, Roger Federer had his last press conference before the summer break
and He was asked about whether He’ll play the clay season next year as well,
But He refused to give a direct answer because he’s no sure about his decision at the moment.
Federer revealed He was happy for playing the clay court and ended with better results
and without any injuries which were great for him.
“I’m happy I played as good and I felt as good as I did throughout The Championships and also Halle, “
“If I’m going to do the same exactly next year? I don’t know yet on the clay.“
“There’s a lot of positives to take away from the journey I’ve been for the last few months.”

The Swiss chose to skip Montreal and take enough time for resting his body,
And He’ll come back in action again in his favourite ATP Master in Cincinnati,
to be his only preparation for the US Open in the last Grand Slam of the year.
“Looking ahead, we had decided on the team I was going to skip Montreal anyway
already a week ago, just give myself enough time, I wish I had more, but I don’t.”
“I’m just going to take enough time off what I can and prepare for Cincinnati and get going from then on again.”
